What Does this MRI Scan Result Mean?

HI, I had an MRI done and the report says I have mucosal thickening and partial opacification of the incompletely visualized left air cells suggesting mild mastoidities, also I have TMJ problem... Please explain it to me if I should see a doc immediately, thanks

it is middle ear infection , for mastoiditis you require 10 to 14 days course of antibiotics and it will get resolve ,if you have any ear ache and ear discharge and foul smelling it should be treated immediately.
